Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

1. Any all order &customized order as per customer requirement, refund on any cancellation is not on the same day.

2. Cancellation for regular cakes required a 1-day notice of cancellation.

3. Large and Customised or Special Cakes required 2 day’s notice of cancellation.                                                                  bn

4. Cancellation of order mailed by the customer at fantasypastryshop1@gmail.com write subject on mail is “Cancellation Request” and Reason for cancellation & Order Id.

5. Fantasy Pastry Shop issue a refund to the same card/Account or any medium through, you have made the payment in case of cancellation.

6. Refunds shall be made in the periods of 3-4 working days from the date of cancellation.

7. Fantasy Pastry Shop reserves the right to change, cancel, refund or offer any option to the customer.
